My high school batchmate requested this cake for her mom and dad’s 30th wedding anniversary. This is a 10-inch red velvet cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream frosting and covered with fondant. The human-figure toppers are made out of gumpaste, all of which are handmade and prepared 3 days in advance.
